“You must use the Role Management Tool to install or configure Microsoft .NET”

在Windows Server 2008 下安装VS 2008时，碰到如下错误：
You must use the Role Management Tool to install or configure Microsoft .NET……
.net 3.5

打开 Server Manager，“Add Features”，勾选”.NET Framework 3.5.1 Features(Installed)”，如下图所示，然后按提示点击下一步直到完成安装即可。
add features
再装vs 2008 就ok了。
